| The on-line survey process is designed to be simple, fast and
extremely cost effective, giving all employees an opportunity to participate. |

| Communication |

| The welcome communication to employees explains the goals of the survey,
provides access codes and simple instructions. Welcome screens confirm
anonymity and can include a message from the employer. |

| Data Collection |
|
| The anonymous, on-line questionnaire usually takes less than 15 minutes to
complete and includes filter, HSE, and extra questions. An optional paper
questionnaire can be printed for employees with no Internet access. |

| Encourage Participation |
|
| The survey is usually open to all employees and on-line reports
can be used to issue reminders, encourage participation and confirm when the
survey is complete. All data is collected, stored and processed on our servers
providing secure, confidential on-line access. |
